Why is it that whenever you wish to speak to someone about a problem or something their underlings tell you to call some number, email someone, or go to a website that won't respond until judgement day? Isn't the idea of those things to help people?

The underling tells you to take your problem to a higher authority, because god knows they can't do anything, you do as they ask, and are never answered, their excuse is that it takes time. I think they put those things up so they don't have to answer anyone that hasn't broken into their house and held a gun to their temple while counting to 3 before a noise and brains suddenly appear. In other words, customer service these days is a joke and the punchline is that unless you strap a bomb to your back and charge into the building for the people you want answers from, you might as well ask a drunk parrot about the issue, at least it would answer you.

BOTTOM LINE: No one really cares if there's a problem with their system, as long as things are going well for them, everyone else can f@%k goats in a dumpster full of dead spiders for all they care.
