Yellow police tape surrounds the graffitied door of the school hallway. Detective Wilson O' Marr of the local police had walked on the scene.
"Whadda we have here Beagal?" inquired Wilson to Beagal Harrelson, a rookie cop.
"I, uh," he stammered, "we has a be-be-be..."
"Beheading," finished Wilson, "First time I suppose?" The detective chuckled and walked over to the next body.

As soon as Wilson walked over, blood covered his shoe.
"Jesus," Wilson cursed, wiping the blood off. Looking furtherm he saw just where all that blood was coming from.
"What in God's name happened?" asked Wilson to the investigator with a speechless tone.
"Well, apparently," the investigator retorted, "Someone ripped this poor guy's heart through his..."
"No need to explain!" Wilson interrupted in disgust.

Glancing over at the wallnext to him, O'Marr found a large, bloody hand print.
"Whose blood is this?" he asked the medical examiner.
"It belongs to the victim" she answered.
"Now why would he do that?" Wilson pondered, "Grasping for life?"
"No," said the examiner bluntly, "It seems the killer grabbed the victim's hand and pressed it against the wall." 'A calling card?' Wilson wondered to himself.

"I..." Beagal announced, "I may know about that."
Wilson looked at Beagal with a bewildered face.
"Like what, rookie?" Wilson said in a condesending tone.
"Well..." Beagal stammered, "You see, there is this legend. About a-a dark reaper who constantly cries..." Wilson looked at Beagal with an unconvinced face.
"And you see, the reaper would kill people capable of horrible acts a-and place their b-b-bloody hand on the wall to rid the area of pure evil." Wilson looked at the examiner, then back at Beagal, now sweating.
"Do you honestly think I'd believe such an idiotic story?!" Wilson exclaimed, with a furious tone to his voice.
    "Well, no..."
"Then why the ******** did you bring it up?"
"Well, sir, what if someone is m-mimicking the M.O.?" Beagal looked nervous. Wilson stroked his chin.
"That could be plausible..." Wilson mumbled. Wilson looked up a the nervous rookie and smirked.
"So, smart guy, where would we begin?"
