• It had grown dark. The smell of the air and the feeling of the water as the wind pushed the boat on the sea's rocky surface. I had done stupid things before, but not this stupid. But then again...what could you not do for love? I gazed into the sky, at the moon, at the stars and wondered if this was all a big mistake. I looked back and saw him staring at me. I look straight again. Hoping that he wouldn't walk over. When I felt a hand on my shoulder I knew that he had. "Your tense."
"Yes." I was tense this was too close too real. I turned away from him and walked to the shelter of the boat. it was just starting to rain, great. He followed of course and smiled at me. I couldn't help but smile back, yes I was stupid. Stupid and in love. His blue eyes stared into mine and I had to look away. "What is wrong?"
"N-nothing." He wrapped his arms around me and set his chin close to my neck. "You can't lie to me."
"No." That was the low truth but in theory I couldn't lie to anyone. But what had made me stay wasn't force or just plain out me being careless, it was what would happen to him. He would be in pain and turn dark. So mainly I wasn't just here for me...I was also here for him. "I don't like being on a boat for too long."
"Then I should fix that." He left me and went to the captain of the boat. I heard him say something but couldn't understand then he came back to me and picked me up. "What are you doing?"
    "Getting you off this boat."
"How?" He grinned at me then walked out of the cover and into the rain. He looked left then right and then closed his eyes. When he opened his eyes they were crystal blue and I saw wings come out of his shoulders. Not just any wings they looked like wings from a raven. "Wow."
"Hold on." I held on tight around his neck but it was useless he was already holding me too tight anyway. He jumped up in the air and the huge wings flapped. He then got close to the water and I put out one hand and touched the surface. I had never known he could have wings and fly. He flew over a place that looked like a castle then back and landed. He made his wings go away back into his shoulders. "How come you never told me you could do that?"
"Well that's an interesting point of view. Hi how are you oh by the way I have wings and I can fly." I laughed and walked to one of the sides and looked over the edge. It was high, of course. "Careful." He grabbed me around my waist and I breathed out. "I'm fine Adam."
    "You might be."
    "Where are we?"
    "An abandoned castle."
    "Why are we here?"
"So you can know what really happened to you."
