• At different times of the day we all have training sessions. For some it will be trying to shoot at a target, for others, survival tactics, but for me, I have different and several training sessions. My first one is ‘flight simulation.’ I take flight in a height roofed room with big fans. They like to see how I can cope with different wind pressures. My longest time in flight is 30 minutes. Next, I have a 15 minute break then onto weights. The other abilities are that I am able to lift heavy objects and I am able to manipulate air particles to my will. I’m always on the heaviest block when it comes to weights. They won’t let me move on to heavier things. Another 15 minute break then into another room where they get me to lift different object, some are light, heavy, close or far away. I am able to lift objects using two different ways, the first is that I push air particles towards the object then put pressure on either side I want, to make it go either way. The second is to move all the air particles away from the object, (like when you’re in space and there is no gravity) then I can make a path for the object doing the same thing. The second one is harder to do because it takes a lot of concentration and energy.
Well, that’s my day all planed out.
We’ve got this green house sort of thing. It’s almost like a rainforest and they have this big machine that can make it rain, hail or shine. I spend all of my spare time there, sitting next to the waterfall, listening to it crash down on the rocks below. IN fact, I’m sitting there right now, writing this.
‘I thought I might find you here,’ a voice said behind me.
‘I’d know your voice any were, Kris,’ I replied, turning to face him.
Ah, Kris. My one and only friend. He’s 17 and we are alike. Really! We are the only two that weren’t made, we were born, but I’ve already said that.
‘How was training today?’ he asked sitting down next to me.
‘The usual,’ I replied, ‘Still keeping me at the basic level. And you.”
‘The same. You know, I often wonder what the outside world really looks like,’ he said, ‘I want to be free. Swim where I like.’
Oops, I forgot to tell you what Kris’s ability’s are, he can manipulate water and breath underwater, oh and like me, lift heavy objects.
‘You going to night class tonight?’ Kris asked.
Night class is the only class that all ten of us attend. It’s combat training. All type of martial arts, offense and defense. I am really good at it; I’m already up to my red belt and will be getting my black belt soon.
‘Of cause I’m going, wouldn’t miss it for the world,’ I replied.
Kris smiled, ‘I’d be careful of what you say, you never know.’
‘You always weer the superstitious type, weren’t y Kris,’ I said, smirking at him.
I cupped my hands around my chin and stared into the water. My whole life I’d had this hole in my heart, I didn’t even know who my parents where, I was dumped here, so scientist could do test’s on me. What type of parents would you be to do that to your child? I could feel my yes becoming warm. I whipped the tears away quickly so he wouldn’t see, but of cause he knew.
‘Hey, don’t cry,’ Kris said, taking me in his arms, ‘Well find out who we are and we’ll find out about our parent’s. Everything is going to be alright.’
I blushed, he smelt so good, and his skin was so soft. Whenever I was with him, I felt like nothing could hurt me, like I was invincible. I don’t like him if that’s what you’re thinking, I swear.
