Anyway, this is my attmept at making a Mr. H. cosplay. For those not familiar, he a character from the DS game, The World Ends With You. He is the owner of the WildKat, his own little coffee shop. Secretly, he is Shibuya's most popular artist, CAT. That's him on the surface. He also acts as Shibuya's Producer, watching over the Reaper's Game, heralding from the plane of the angels. - Date: 12/16/2008

- the wings are because he is an angel. After you have collected every secret report and beat Draco Cantus again, at the end of the credits and cutscenes of the revived main characters, it shows The Composer and Mr. H talking and they fly away.
