Anyway, this is my attmept at making a Mr. H. cosplay. For those not familiar, he a character from the DS game, The World Ends With You. He is the owner of the WildKat, his own little coffee shop. Secretly, he is Shibuya's most popular artist, CAT. That's him on the surface.
