• The cool breeze runs against my exposed skin,
As I step on to the heated sand,
Swimsuit and sandals is all I’ve brought in,
    Into my get away land.

    Set my sandals aside,
As I walk to meet the water,
My walk turns into a glide,
    When I keep drifting farther.

    The shimmering sea I love,
Peace runs up from my feet,
As the bright sun shines above,
    For a second,
I didn’t even notice the heat.
