While everyone's singing
And cheering about
Why do I feel empty
Something is left out
We're having a party
Yet my spirits not here
Even though Christmas
Is so very near
The stockigns are hanging
The tree is lit
Daddy's baking
And mommy knits
We visit the hospital
On Christmas day
To visit my brother
With a new sparkling sleigh
His eyes go big
And he's laughs loud
Smiling and cheering
I feel better now
To see his smile
Though his life is on the line
Makes me feel warm
With him by my side.
