• He stood there. In an old, stone castle he stood looking out the floor to ceiling window. The soft, white certains gently swushed around his form, hiding him from the outside world.
How long ago had he walked the mountains and forests, commanded an army of those who held the blood of a race long since forgetten. Almost like him. Forgetten by the race, the humans, who he had once protected from the wrath of the very planet they abused heartlessly. Forgetten in everything but a story told to child at night. That was all he was now.
    A story.
He sighed as he ran his pale fingers through long, jet black hair. His strong and angelic face held an expression that had not been on his face for so long.

    ...an expression of happiness...

A door slowly slid open behind him. The many books that cirrounded him and his guest were the only witness to the one thing that the man would always love and remember. His crimson eyes met with silver as his wife, a woman strong and beautiful with long silver hair, silver eyes, soft features, and a glow about her. "Star." he said to her. "Are you alright, Raven? You've stood here all day. Come. I have to tell you something." she said in a honey sweet voice. "What is it, Star?" Raven asked. With a smile that lit up the room, Star said, "I'm pregnent."
