• I look around the cantina in high expectation, only being on tatooine made me apprehensive. Not only did the new republic have a strong influence here, but there were talk of bounty hunters running amuck, and the fact that I was suppose to meet Han solo and Chewbacca made the meeting time and places change so regularly, I have expected to be told to move to a different location until I received word that if the meeting was changed this time, then I was to take my ship, the leviathan, and leave for corusant. Were I would meet with the Jedi council and be informed of my next assignment in person.
“I don’t think he’s coming, Hanzo” said my partner and blood brother, Lance Fuma as he and our half-brother, Ace Fuma, walked behind him, hands folded and no doubt on his saber. Ace didn’t like being in a bad position and this was one of the worst. “I agree” said Ace “we should just head for corusant and meet with the council”
“You couldn’t blame Han if he can’t come, with all the hunters after him and chewy”
“No, Hanzo we can’t, but we still need to know OUR next move”
“Alright, if we’re all in agreement”-
Then, out of nowhere, a familiar voice called out to us
“Ace, Hanzo, Lance, over here” said Han
“So much for”- started lance as blaster fire rang into the cantina
‘Oh, crap’ I thought as me and my brothers rushed outside to see the commotion.

Sure enough, Han had run into IG-88, the Robo-bounty hunter with obsessive subroutine about Chewbacca and Han, I drew the handle of my Lightsaber as Lance drew his hand back to throw the droid away from Han, and Ace made the same gesture to throw me at IG-88. As the feet of the droid left the deck I could feel my body’s weight leave me as the force moved trough me and cast me forward at the droid, but 88 saw it coming.
As I ignited my golden blade of light, IG-88 dropped a thermal grenade in the path of his opposing Jedi opponent, ME. My eyes began to widen at my recluse stupidity and a blaster shot came out and knocked the grenade a safe distance away, and I focused my attention back on 88. I drew my full speed, as power was not needed for a droid which were so easy to destroy, but quick to react, and I could hear IG-88 scream as my saber cut him in half. I picked myself and looked at Han who held the smoking blaster pistol that had knocked the grenade away and essentially saved me,
    “We even?” asked Han
“Aye, were even” I said as I deactivated my saber and looked down at the remains of a so called bounty hunter, something felt wrong. “Hay Han, crack his chest opens for me,”
“What, why? Just crush him and be done”
    “Humor me”
As Han mumbled something about hokey religions and silly believes, he removed several components to 88’s frame and tried to remove the chest piece
    “What up, Hanzo?” asked Lance,
“Dunno; this was just too easy….”
“You’re a guardian, off course it was too easy, you’re the best swordsmen the counsel has”
    “I like to think so”
As I finished putting my saber into my belt and ace put his hand on my shoulder, Han finally removed the chest peace to 88, to reveal an active thermal DETENATOR!!
“Think you could shot that away?” Lance said, smartly as everyone slowly stepped back
“don’t know” said Han “but I’m not about to find out” and set out at a dead run, everyone did, away from IG-88, no sooner had we started to run then 4 seconds later, IG-88 exploded in a hot flash of heat and shrapnel. I felt as if someone had thrown hot knives into my back as the shrapnel entered it, ‘that’s goanna be time in the bacta tank’ I thought as I landed on my face and looked up
“Damn, it wasn’t 88, Hanzo.” Said Han
“How can you tell?” asked Ace
“Because IG-88, when I really face him, never self-detonates, he just repairs and comes at me again and again”
“That sucks” said Lance as he set to try and heal my back,
“You know this is time in the tank while we talk to Han, right?”
    “Id figured”

The bacta tank was not as unpleasant as you might think from my displeasure of it, it’s actually very comfortable and enjoyable during travel, but to me, I can’t stand the inactivity is a pain to me, I’m a guardian after all. But it does give me time to focus on the force and my path to making Jedi master, that then to Jedi weapon master, after I’d defeated master Luke in a duel, or any other Jedi master I was told to defeat, But that would have to wait. At the present time, the Jedi were working with the new republic to try and subdue the remaining imperial remnant forces and others who oppose this new regime.
There was a sudden shutter in the tank as the ship, leviathan that me and my brothers had design ourselves and essentially built, Sped up in preparation to jump to hyperspace. I looked up to see Lance in front of my tank, I looked around and shrugged at Lance in a manner to ask where Ace was, “he’s in the bridge” then turned to the medic (or ‘med’) in the med bay that was in charge of my recover “med says your fit for release, ready to come out?”
I looked at him as if head asked the stupidest question in the galaxy, of course I wanted out, I hate being cooped up in the damn tank, even for my own health. Lance smiled and turned to the med and told him to drain the tank and let me out, he turned to me and said, “You’re aware that the imperials still have ships, report to the fighter/bomber hanger when you’re released”. I laughed to myself at his attempted look of superiority but acknowledge and obeyed nonetheless, because he was right. My knees touched the deck as the bacta in the tank emptied through port holes in the deck at the bottom of the tank, and once all the bacta had been emptied, a female med opened the front of the tank and handed me a towel,
    “Sir, Lance-”she started
“I already know, med,” I said, taking the towel and wiping my face. I looked at the med who hadn’t taken her eyes of me since I stepped out of the tank, “where’s my uniform?”
I asked to try and detour her thoughts
    “There in your quarters, sir”
“You expect me to walk there, a floor up to crew quarters in the nude?”
“Uh, no sir, we have a med robe on the counter over there” she pointed to indicate the counter next to the tank id just came out of.
As I removed the towel and downed the robe, notice that her eyes were still fixed at me. Know this was getting humorous to me; I said “you act as if you’ve never seen a man before?” at that she got the message
“I’m sorry sir, I’d only go out of med school and….and id only here’d rumors, sir”
    “Rumors, Of what?”
    “Of your condition, sir
I looked down into my robe and looked at the huge scar that couldn’t be removed on my chest, were the sith lord Vader himself had left his mark on me, then I removed a portion of the robe to show the med, then many more came to inspect the ancient battle scar,
“How old are you, sir” asked a med
    “I’m 113.”
“How are you this young at so old?” asked another
“I’m one of the three last remaining Twilight lords”
    “Then-” said the female med
“Ask them, if your curiosity demands” and at that, I lifted the robe to hid the scar and began to walk out, the female med walked up to me and said
    “Sir, I’m sorry about-”
“Your curiosity should be watched, not ignored” I replied as I touched her cheek and made her look at me,
    “But never ignored”
With that, I left the medbay to the turbolift, and from there to the crew quarters and to my room, it was a lightly lit room that was darker then naught, filled with trinkets and artifacts from long before the clone-wars, Jedi relics that I discovered during my training at the Jedi temple in dantooine.
Holocrons, sabers and other such old Jedi item’s that Lance and Ace found ‘wasteful’
But I never was able to part with, it wasn’t to the point to where it was an attachment, just a comfort that if lost would not be a determent to my focus or work.
After locking the hatch, I proceeded to remove the medical robe provided by med bay and donned my Jedi robes that were more grey then black or the traditional white to brown. The robes I wear were also a relic that after I researched, I found that the robes were in fact used by Jedi that went rough and were nether Jedi or sith, they were grey Jedi(hence the grey robes). I looked at the bed side table where I had two stands. One was a small and held a staff-style Lightsaber that was silver in color, while the other was a longer, but more elegant stand that used repulser technology to hold my masters Lightsaber in mid air. It was a very ceremonial Lightsaber that was used in anointment rituals then fighting, but did the job just as well, if not better than any other saber. I walked to the stand and decided to wield my master’s saber; I knelt before the stand and said
“Master Zepher; please grant me the honor and privilege of wielding your saber in defense of the new republic and its allies”
There was a moment of pause, then.
“What you did in the medbay was a little over done, my young apprentice.”
I kept my head bowed as was tradition in the presence of a former master who communicated to you through the force.
“I apologize for the disrespect, master, but I am no longer a apprentice, I have for filled your hopes and resin to the rank of Jedi-“
“Knight, I know this, eldest of the Fuma’s. However, you must still realize that, as your master, you will always be my apprentice.”
    “Of course, master”
“For your actions in the medbay, that of pride, I choose not to allow you to wield my saber. Use your own, am I understood, Hanzo?”
    “Yes, master”
I waited a little time for the force apparition of my master to dissipate before rising to my feet and grasping my own staffed Lightsaber and clipping it to my belt. I walked to the door and looked around, there was much activity compared to when I first entered my quarters. While conversing with my master, lance had apparently ordered everyone to stand-bye for possible contacts. I returned to the turbolift and made my way to the hanger bay while reaching for my comm-link,
    “Hanzo to bridge,”
    “(Static) bridge here, Hanzo”
    “What’s the sit-rep?”
“We need you in hanger-bay 4”
    “I’m already in route, why-“
Just as I began to ask, the turbolift doors opened and I was greeted with plasma fire.

“Sir, Hanzo is already in hanger bay 4”
Lance walked over to internal operations,
    “Status?”
“Green, sir. He’s rallying the hybrids marked for the initial boarding op.”
“very good” he said as he walked back to forward ops and the center view-screen to the two capital class ships, two acclaimer class frigates and a victory class attack cruiser. Lance would have liked to send a boarding party to capture the victory class cruiser along with the modified victory class that ace commanded, named Miranda, in order to finally form the three Brothers fleet for the new republic, but with the two destroyers there it wasn’t going to happen. One, maybe. Two, hell no!
“Signal the Miranda to prepare to jump to the republic space station seeder
So that we can at least lead the imperial forces away from tatooine, seal the hangers and make necessary calculations and jump on my mark”
Lance waited a pure minute then,
    “Jump!”
After the command to jump was given, lance waited a few seconds and nothing happened. He jumped into the command chair and began to run a detailed scan of the sector, praying that he was wrong.
“Sir, Miranda is asking why we haven’t jumped?” said communications
“Just because she is on the other side of the planet doesn’t mean whatever has affected use won’t affect them, stand-by”
Then, as lance began to scan the far side of the moon at least 12 light years away, he saw his worst fears, confirmed! An intridicter class cruiser was there, with her gravity well generators active.
“LANCH ALL FIGHTERS!” he yelled out to his bridge
“DIVERT POWER FROM OUR HYPER GUNS TO THE ENGINS AND TAKE US TO THE OTHERSIDE OF MOON ALPHA, LOAD AND POWER ALL OUR TURBOLASERS, LASER AND ION LASER BATTERIES AND OUR CONCUSION MISSLE LAUNCHERS”
As lance set his crew to work preparing to fight off nearly unbeatable odds, he calmly walked over to communications, the ensign was a new member to the bridge crew and this was going to be his first flight in combat.
“tell Jedi knight ace what’s happening and to send reinforcements from the station, after you coordinate that, get me Jedi knight Hanzo out of hanger bay 4”
After he had finished speaking to Hanzo about his op, he looked out at the last bit of the enemy fleet as they slide from the stern to aft of the ship as she was banked to port by the helm, a thought slipped into his mind, ‘at least ill get the victory’.

I drew one end of my staffed Lightsaber and threw the weapon into the last storm trooper that had boarded the hanger-bay. After I rose from my kneeled position, realizing there were no more hostiles, a rebel marine first sergeant came walking double time to me,
“Sir, new orders from the bridge,-”
“I already know; first sergeant, gather two platoons and four drop-ships for the platoons, enough to capture a victory-class imperial cruiser, Alright?”
“On it, sir” said the 1st sergeant, and marched off. Grabbing two platoon’s code named ‘sheep dog’ and ‘saw jack’.

As I turned to move too my custom fighter, I notice a corporal rallying (or trying to rally) a squad. He was yelling quite harshly at particular privet, a female sniper, from the looks of her. I saw it before it even happened; a clip for her rifle fell out of her hands and to the floor. Her foot hit it, and she began to fall, I raised my hand to stop her fall, I caught her; but everything else fell. She looked around to find out why she too hadn’t hit the deck, and then she saw me and said “damn this is weird, lemma down, sir?”
I raised my eye brow and lifted her into the gunship, then used the force to offer her equipment back.
“Thank ya, sir” she called back to me as the door to the gunship closed, and as I jumped into my fighter, a thought accrued to me, I said
    “I’m not an officer”

I looked around the cockpit of my custom P81-swiss wing fighter, activating the ignition and examining the data screen to my left, under the throttle. It checked out, all systems green, so keyed the com for tactical, back on the bridge. “Hanzo to tactical,”
There was a period of silence that I wondered I was heard or ignored. After a minute I began to consider telling personnel in the hanger to open the hanger bay doors, until.
“Hanzo, this is tactical. Sorry about the wait, allot of traffic out there today. You need those hanger-bay doors opened, don’t you?”
I looked above me at the overhead hanger bay doors and said back “hm, I don’t know. Think I could go through the doors?”
I heard the tactical officer laugh and say “right, boss. Ill gettem opened for ya”
The hanger doors above me opened and I waved the hanger operations officer to raise myself, the gunship code named ‘warthog one’, warrior two ‘reaper’ and warrior three ‘maxter’.
“Thanks, tact.” I called through the earpiece,
“Not a problem, warrior one, givem hell boss”
Finally, the squadron was in position to lift and enter the dark of space. I activated my thrusters and looked over to warthog one and said, as several hostile tie fighters flew by, “alright, ladies. Field is ripe for harvesting, loser buys drinks. Remember though, priority is the gunship. Warthog one, set the pace.”
“Got it, Hanzo. Set throttles too-”
As the gunship was about to issue the speed and route, a random TIE fighter flew overhead and dropped a proton torpedo on top of warrior three,
“SCATTER!” I yelled as I pushed my after burners to max to get away from the explosion, “were out of the hanger and in a hot zone, get the marines in that gunship to that victory, time is no longer with us, MOVE!”
