• The magic within

this world is full of magic
and things we do not understand but when are eyes are opened the rewards are hard to explain unless you experience them for yourself.

My name is Karolina Wolfaru aquaia. I live in a small little town next to the Columbia river in Oregon.
I thought about my life waiting for my alarm clock to ring. My father jerumya aquaia. How hard he works to keep us aflote.i had new it has been hard for him sense my mother had died when I was 6 in the Montana Indian reservation. It had been hard for me as well when my mother died. She had been my best friend. She meant the world to me. She showed me that there magic in the world and we cannot understand everything that lives within these world.
The annoying beep of my alarm interrupted my thoughts I opened my eyes seeing my plain white room. Posters of dragons, fairy’s and other mythological creatures covered every inch of the walls. I trend off my alarm and got dressed. I put on a black T-shirt and blue jeans. Brushed my long brown hair that reached to my lower back. I finished getting ready for the day.
My father had finely decided to move from are home in Montana. my guess is the memories of my mother where too much for him to bare any longer. I walked down the stairs and walked to the kitchen. I walked into the kitchen my father sitting at the table reading the newspaper. I walked to the cub bored at pulling out a box of cereal. I made my cereal and sat at the table not looking at my father. I was angry with him I had not spoken to him sense we had gotten on the plain to come here. I ate my cereal in big spoon full’s I wonted to get out the door as fast as I could.
“are you speaking to me yet?"he asked I looked up.
He was still reading his paper. I finished my last spoonful of cereal and stood up cleaning my bowl and putting it in the dishwasher. I put on my coat and opened the door
"I’ll be back in a couple of hours" I said and walked out the door.
Are house is on the side of a dirt road in the middle of the forest. On the other side of the road was the river. Eroded rocks littered all across the river in front of the house. I walked along the side of the river. After 20minets or so the road ended and the riverbank and the forest met. I walked in to the forest balancing on logs something I enjoy doing. After a while I came to a field.
Green grass and flowers everywhere. sitting on the warm green grass and pulling out a pencil and my drawing pad id gotten 3 years ago from the elder of the tribe. He had told me that my drawing was a gift from the great spirits and I should use it wisely. I took in a deep breath smelling the fresh air, wild flowers and the smell of rain in the air .I started sketching the tree line. I looked up to see a herd of white tailed deer walk into the field. They stopped in the middle of the clearing eating the deep green grass.2 dose, 3 babies, a young male and a large buck with a huge rack. I sketched them on my paper. As I finished the littlest baby I saw a dark figure on the far edge of the tree line.
The figure walked into the clearing. Then I realized it was a boy about 14 or 15 .my age. He seemed to stand still not blinking or breathing. I looked at my paper and sketched the boy. As I drew him I herd a rumble. The ground shaking. I looked up. The herd running right at me I ducked my head and curled into a tight ball as the stag jumped over me missing my head by inches. When the rumbling finely stopped I uncurled my body and look arrowed.
The boy was walking toward me from the far side of the clearing. Like before his face held no emotion. He acted like the stampede had never happened. As he grew closer I could see the black hoodie and jeans he wore. I picked up my pad and pencil placing them in my lap. He was only 3 feet away and stopped.
    "are you ok?" he asked.
His voice was beautiful. Now that he was so close to me I could see the full magnitude of him. He was beautiful. Like a beautiful butterfly that lands on your arm. No that’s not the right way to put it more like a deadly snake curled up ready to strike at your feet. You wont to run but the beauty of the scales and eyes of the deadly creature keep you from running.
After a minuet I was able to speak " ya I think so" I squeaked the words my attempted to sound calm diminished. I got up. Compared to him I was mouse. My head barely reached his neck I have to arch my neck to look at his face
"good, do u need help finding your way home?"he asked .
I shook my head "I can find my way back” he shrugged and started walking back toured the three line on the far end of the clearing agene from where he had appeared.
"wait !"I called .he stopped and slightly turned his body and turned his head to look at me
"umm..........well ....bye" I spoke dumbly I felt so stupid (bye) what was I thinking! I turned embarrassed and I could feel my cheeks warm the feeling u get when u blushed.
