• She sits on the floor of her kitchen, her parents gone for the night, staring at the silver blade lying across from her. She stares as the light reflects clearly off its cold smooth surface. She thinks to herself how beautiful the blade is, with its silver glimmer...but how much more beautiful the blade would become if it were stained with crimson. As she picks up the blade, she thinks about everything that has been going on. Her thoughts stop on her parents. She thinks about how they reacted when she told them, the looks they giver her now, the remarks, the stares, and finally how everything around her has changed. As she continues to think, of times passed by, silent tears flow from her fogged over eyes dripping onto the cold tile floor. It was then she made her decision, it was not worth being an empty shell just to make people happy. She slid the blade across her pale, unscared smooth skin...once..twice..three times. Till finally after losing count long ago, she hit the vein. Slicing in to it..she sighed in relief..no longer feeling pain for she had deadned the nerves long be forhand. She watched in amazement as the blood dripped from her wrist. Staining the blade crimson and forming a puddle on the floor. She watched as her life force slowly dripped away one drop by drop by beautiful crimson drop. For once in her life...she feels content.

Two hours later her parents walked in the door. They called out her name, but recieved no response. Curiosity growing, her parents walked into the kitchen. There they found their little girl lying face down in her own crimson blood. Her body was pale and cold...next to her body, written in her blood..were the words 'Do you love me now?'

Everything seemed as if it was moving in slow motion, the parametics checking for any sign of life, the police questioning them. The paramedicts finally pernouncing her dead. The cause being ruled as suicide and finally everything stopped at the funeral. The precher saying the solemn goodbyes to this newly eighteen year old girl. Her friends were there, tears of sadness and anger falling from their eyes. Sadness for losing a best friend, a sister, and a lover. Anger for losing her so early, and for not being there. There was anger towards both themselves and her parents for not noticing that something was seriously wrong with her. One of her friends, a thin girl with short blondish hair stared at the casket. Silver tears flowing freely from her eyes, she she looked from the casket back to the parents. She placed two roses on the casket, a white rose and a red rose. As she was leaving she whispered, her voice laced with venom. 'Are you happy now?'. She was then led away from her love by her friends. The next day the girl's body was found in the bathroom tub and written on the bathroom mirror in blood was 'We will finally be together forever my love.'
