- Title: Tiresias the blind seer
- Artist: Crystane
-
Description:
Tomorrow more to see and cry
the fire of knowledge
burns the seer
pursued by darkness
entangled in the forest
hampered by custom, jealousy and make-believe
tomorrow more to see
more to fear tomorrow
and cry
but why?
what is vision's weight?
what awful price?
t'is in the eyes that see
the tortured gaze
repentant hearts
seething...for more..........to see
tomorrow

Tiresias was a man, and Hera blinded him for saying that women got more pleasure from copulation than men did. Zeus apologized for what she did, and gave him second sight xD
Nice interpretation of the poem though! - Report As Spam

- Huh... interesting. I'm reading the story of Oedipus in my English class, with Tiresias, the blind prophet.

I noticed that some people questioned the use of Dreamer's Dust, but I think it actually makes the left side of the avi seem more balenced to the right. Otherwise, it would look lopsided, right? biggrin
