Alice Twilight from No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle. She's an assassin and ranked 2nd in the UAA (United Assassin Association). Her weapon is called ASURA-6, which is basically a back mounted machine with six beam katanas extensions in a hexagonal pattern. She fights the main character on the rooftop of a building, the sky in a sunset.
