This is the 2nd attack that ESM does in Stars when ChibiChibiMoon upgrades her power. It was 1st shown in episode 187 of the anime. With the new items coming out, it helped with this idea I wanted to do. The background is supposed to be blue. Leave honest feedback and enjoy. - i LOVE sailor moon, but i found that this was too cluttered to get the effect you wanted, I give 3/5 for a good try biggrin

- While I can appreciate the effort put into this, I think that this is just too crowded and cluttered. remove some of the stuff and then re-submit. I'll be happy to vote this higher when you do.

- Nicely done! The ref image isa little confusing if you've never seen it, though, and I sorta feel like there's too much sparkly to it. I might change the lips, too, if it was me doing it. Just my opinion. Good tho! Vote me back? ^_^
