This is the 2nd attack that ESM does in Stars when ChibiChibiMoon upgrades her power. It was 1st shown in episode 187 of the anime. With the new items coming out, it helped with this idea I wanted to do. The background is supposed to be blue. Leave honest feedback and enjoy.
