This is a REVISED entry. My colorblindness screwed me over on my last attempt.
Poke'mon Professor in Gold and Silver Versions. You first meet him in Johto, New Bark Town when you start the game.
I tried to follow the ref. pic. as shown, so I added the blue book, and I made his mouth slightly open as well.

- You're really close on the colors.. Otherwise it's a good job. Love that you used that eye shape, I've always felt those eyes were just made for making Pokemon avatars.

I like how all the pokemon professors are named after trees, and all the first gen town names are colors, except for Pallet town. Then again, a pallet is what you put colors ON to paint.
