- I like the wings as is, because they seem to be like statues there in your example image, and the gargoyle wings are more in tune with that. The white with gray detailing on your dress looks more stone-ish than a simple white blouse and long skirt, and more from the era those statues generally tended to come from. Making it longer would run against layering issues. With what I think Gaia has to offer, you've done your best. I think it looks great, aside from the moon.

I like it and it is always nice to see some Who love, with a few small adjustments like those Rose suggested it could be perfect.
@HARMONI3_ANG3L: Rose was simply offering some constructive criticism which was perfectly valid; a longer skirt would be more fitting for the episode pictured and I don't really understand it being on the Moon either. There was no call for being rude. - Report As Spam

- First of all, I would appreciate not being called a freak. Did I call anyone names? Second, constructive criticism is meant to give ideas. I wasn't attacking anybody, and I most certainly did not comment with any ill intent. I have seen people ripped to shreds in the arenas with thoughtless, hurtful reviews. I have personally been attacked here through comments and PMs for my avatar submissions without any thought from the poster about how to make it better. The experience is not enjoyable, so I
