At a party, Usagi being a terrible English(french in english dub) speaker, runs of to a corner to read from an English dictionary and while she is reading the book she obliviously reaches for a drink and unknowingly drinks a glass of alcohol(juice in english dub).

Juice is what they drink in Japan, not like our juice though, it can be American juice or alcohol like here.
