• all day snow fell,
cold swept the city as if a vacuum sucked the heat away,
    i'm in my room,
    hoping for a christmas miracle,
so it can save me from this wretched family,
    a Jehovah's Witness by birth am I,
and all i wish for is to celebrate,
any holiday will do for me,
sorrow drenches me as another holiday comes,
and it will go like a dream.

on the night of the eve of christmas,
i made a wish to celebrate the holidays for once,
and in some bizarre mystical way,
the inside of my house was beautifully decorated with decorations that suited the festivities,
there was even a christmas tree.
before i knew the ornaments from the tree started floating freely,
giving the impression of being spirits,
they took me away to another place.

over at this place, christmas day gleemed cosmicly,
a sight of fairies, angels, elves, demons and more were in christmas celebrations.
these ornaments transformed into fairies of yuletide at my sight,
amazed at the fact that the christmas spirits allowed me this celebration.
    and now for once,
    i celebrated,
i celebrated like i was tasting freedom.

    at the stroke of midnight,
    the fairies transported me home,
    and when they were gone,
it was like i never left,
    it was midnight,
    it was christmas,
i realized only minutes passed in this world,
and it was like the whole thing never happen.
