Glen just left port with a group of knights on board a ship. One knight called him over saying that he saw what looked like a row boat. Glen came over to the side of the ship and saw a blonde haired man in a row boat, "Is that....?Snowe!?" Glen was shocked as ever to see a knight of his in a row boat. Fear then struck Glen; does that mean that the ship shunk? What about the knights and Sakura? Snowe must have heard the boat and saw that Commander Glen was on the ship, "C-Commander!! Its terrible!! The ship! The SHIP!!" Snowe then rasied his arms and waved them about trying to get their attention.
After on board the ship, Snowe told Glen what happened. Glen was furious that he left when they were under attack. "So you just decided to abandon your own ship!?" Glen yelled at Snowe, "I know...but arm! My arm wouldn't move! Don't you understand!?" Glen didn't care for Snowe's last statement and punched him across the face. "You coward! What kind of captain leaves his men in order to save himself!? The captain is always last to leave!! And more or less, you not just abandoned your crew but Sakura as well!!" Glen could tell that Snowe didn't want to leave Sakura, "But my arm! Look!" Snowe was trying foolishly to change the subject. "Argh! This is pointless! Snowe I order you to stay in your row boat right here and wait for us!..." Glen then turned to the side to look in the derection where the boat would be, "...Don't die."

Back on Sakura's ship they had won the navl battle between them and Brandue's Fleet. Sakura was near a dead pirate that she had just got rid of when a knight came up to her, "Ma'am! The enemy ship is fully ablaze! But it still is heading straight for us!" Just as Sakura was about to give the order to shoot at it another knight came up, "Ma'am, the enemy's crew is about to board us!" Sakura then turned to the knight, "How many?" The first knight that came to see here tried to speak against it but the second knight continued, "A dozen or so enemies confirmed! We are cur-" Sakura noticed his unexpected stop and then the knight fell. On his back were darts, posion darts. Only four, but they were all in postion for a fatal attack.
Sakura looked up to see two people; one was a crunched down little man with a big mask on his back, he was dressed in peasent clothes, dark tan skin, and big red eyed eyes. The other was one she would reconize off the bat, the one and only Pirate Brandue. "My my, I'm sorry Master Brandue. Looks like I had a little too much to drink. I would have gotten the others as well." the little assassain said to Brandue, Brandue's reponse was a deep evil chuckle.
Sakura then saw that all the remaining knights would be able to fight, they were all behind her, really. Sakura drew her blade and pointed it at Brandue, he was surprised by this gesture. "Knights of Gaian! Keep your oaths that you took and elimate these cut throuts!" Sakura then heard other swords be unsheethed, Brandue then drew his blade as well as his crew. Sakura was the first to shout out a battle cry and the knights followed, the same happened with Brandue and his crew. The two parties clashed in the middle of the ship and fought.
Sakura went for the strong looking pirates all at once. She decided to test out her new Fire Rune and rasied her right hand and attack the pirates with fire. She then noticed that some pirates started to turn on Brandue, "Capt'in! Wha' the booming dev'l are you doing!?" Sakura then realized that Brandue had a Fire Rune too. Sure enough that one attack she used took out half of Brandue's crew. Sakura left the honor of the attack on Brandue up to the knights while she took out all of what was left of his crew.
Finally, the knights managed to get Brandue and his assassain on their knees. Sakura turned to look at the knights who did it, she was glad she wasn't the center of attention. She then turned to her left and watched the Orack Trade ship depart from this war scene. She then turned back to see that Brandue was still up, she took a firm grip on her sword. Sakura then noticed he was rasing his left hand, a glowing reddish-black light came from it, "F-Fools!! Run!" she heard the assassain say in a frantic matter, "Run away!! Quickly!! We'll be turned to ash! Please Master!!" Brandue then spoke in a low deep voice, "All of you...DIE!" Whatever was on his left hand then spread its glowing rage and touch everyone, it sounded also like there was someone screaming. But it wasn't something of beauty, as the assassain was screaming he slowly turned to ash and the same with the knights. Sakura shielded herself with her arms, covering her eyes. Little did she know, a green light shrounded her...

Glen saw the light in the distance and panicked, "Hurry up men!" Glen stood there praying that light wasn't what he thought it was.

Brandue was kneeing on the wood on the deck of the ship. There were no knights, no pirate's, nothing. Well so it appeared, he then looked up and saw Sakura's body lying face down, but slowly getting up. "What?!.....She's.....alive!?" Brandue himself then started getting up, Sakura then looked like she was bending over while the sword was still clenched in her hand. "Will you?....be....next?" Sakura then stood fully up and pointed her sword at Brandue, Brandue then joined her standing up fully and pointed his blade at her as well.
The two kept their blades pointing at each other and started to walk sideways, slowly. It was like a game of chicken, only more like who would attack first? Brandue then tried to end it in one attack by charging at her and swinging his blade down ward. But Sakura blocked it and kicked him in the gut and punched him down on the back. She then jumped backwards as Brandue came back up to attack. Sakura countered all of his attacks, with either her sword or her fists. It then came to the point where both of them charged at each other at full strength, both then swinging their blades, and then standing back to back only with distance. Sakura and Brandue both were breathing heavy, and then almost in slow motion, Brandue fell to the ground.
Sakura then turned to Brandue, "I kept my word..." and then fell herself. Instead of landing on the ground Glen came on to the ship and caught her in time, "Your alive!" he breathed a sigh of relief and layed her down on the ground while checking her wounds. Glen then heard Brandue speaking, "Finsh me....now...!....Please..." Glen then turned to see his left hand glowing, "Is that?....A Rune!?" The light from Brandue's hand started to take shape, it began to look like a circle with two wave like lines coming out from the top and bottom. "That pattern...." Glen was in shock as the light slowly arose up above him. Brandue then started to chuckle his deep evil chuckle and moved his head up a little bit. "Its your turn..." he said as the light then landed on Glen's left hand, "...now...I'll be....free...*chuckle*" those were Brandue's last words as he turned into ashes himself and blew away in the wind.
"What the...?" Was all Glen could say about what he just saw. He then turned to look at his hand, the rune was still glowing, and then it started to scream. Glen then grabbed the wrist of his left hand, the light was making him feel pain. Like ten thousand needles in his hand pain. "What!? What is this!?" Through Glen's mind he saw a woman dressed in noble clothes fall, a man with tan skin and dressed in fisherman's clothes fall, and a child with bread in his hands fall down. Then, after seeing these images himself, Glen also fell down to the ground. Sakura then opened her eyes a little bit and saw Glen on the ground. She heard other footsteps and two knights came on board the ship, "Commander are you alright?" Sakura couldn't keep awake any more and fell back asleep.
The knights on their way back to Razil, picked up Snowe. He over heard one knight once he was on the ship, "That was an amazing sight!" "I know, Sakura single handedly defeated Brandue!" "Too bad she's not up. She has a lot to tell." Snowe then rushed to the cabins and asked where Sakura was. A knight pointed the way and Snowe stood in the door way as a doctor was checking her wounds. "It's amazing...She faced Brandue all by herself...but there are only 10 or 12 wounds and none are serious." An elite knight was close by, "She's a lucky one. Sakura's always has been lucky." Snowe then walked back down the hallway and breathed a sigh of relief, 'That's right, Sakura is always lucky when it comes to battles...'
