I HAVE SUCCEEDED! In hurting myself. Yesterday, while practicing for football, I twisted my ankle. My first ever serious self inflicted injury! I've got torn tendons, which sucks, cause now it hurts to walk, and, of course, I have to go upstairs to get on the PC. So, activity for me may be up or down depending...
