• Imagine a human like an apple from a tree drop to the ground,
Spoil the third night and still stick around,
Slowly watch as its vile washes away,
Its seeds never plant but its soul still remains,

A shadowing darkness burns through the light,
Savoring the pain my heart is in its sight,
It reaches inside my chest grabs it as it beats,
Its teeth sink into my love and it devours all the meat,

What's left from decaying and destruction,
is a body that somehow still functions,
A little dramatic some may simply say,
Sorry if there's just no other way to explain,

That's me who's decayed and rotted away,
I've come back with no words left to say,
there's air left to breathe but no love left to heal,
If the question was me I'd say I wish I couldn't feel.
