Lovely Miss Billotte

• Description: This is a poem I wrote for a teacher at my school who retired this year. Miss Billotte was my favorite teacher. I had her for 1st&2nd grade. She has been a school teacher for 46 yrs. She taught at my school for 44 of those years. I came up with this poem quickly at school while we were making cards. There's a couple things that you might not recognize because she always made up fun ideas. And if anyone had Miss Billotte as a teacher, please tell me. I would LOVE to share stories!

Never had a terrible, horrible, no-good, very bad day
With Miss Billotte and Fun Friday!

In Hebrew was the Torah upon the Moses Seat.
Christmas came with stockings and tons of toys and treats!

A leprechaun arrived each St. Patty's Day.
Smart Pills were a treat at the end of every day!

We had a magical tree that sprouted lollipops.
Every Thursday, pickles sat upon pizza tops!

First and Second grade was the very best,
With Story Keepers and Helper Vests!

Miss Billotte has taught me
That it isn't any trouble to S-M-I-L-E!
