• I never liked watching sunsets
I always knew what they were about
How those "Always and Forever" flames
Are always the first to fizzle out

    We didnt even reach eternity
    We insulted time by years
Till all be reduced to reconcile
    With sunset tinted tears

    Sure the colors are distracting
    Descending multicolored hues
Only help to verify the difference
Between what we think we know, and what we always knew

    Even though I loathe them
I can still appreciate a sunset
    They seal away
    Those depressing days
Like lips close around a secret
