I didn’t know what “love” meant until I met You
I didn’t know how painful love could be until You took it away
I didn't know what a broken heart felt like until you gave it to me
I didn’t know how painful it would be without knowing u aren’t there
But there's this crazy thing called “love” and I cant seem to find it
the farther and farther away this love may be, the more depressed,broken and crushed I lay

I dont like it personally, I feel its genaric and over played. I do think its okay for a free verse poem though. Proper grammar is always the best choice here.

I like it, but it drives me nuts that you keep capitalizing the y in "you" and that you say "you" at one moment, and "u" at the next.
