• When we were young and played all day, the earth was masked in shades of gray

Neither bad nor good was completely true

Black and white was never right

But, as we grow older, we're expected to say, “right” is right and “wrong” is wrong.

There are no exceptions to this law, except for those with power and rule.

So, a child's view, mostly considered naive and flawed , is often the most wise and pure.

To the point, lets test this theory, do you hear what I'm really saying?

Lines of division can't be drawn, for all systems are truly flawed.

Smudged to gray for only the “truly” blessed and like a stone wall to encompass the rest.

Hear these words, and judge them not, for, after all, I'm still.... yet a child.
