• If I could lie in a meadow
Under rays of sun all day
    My mind would never wander
    My heart would never stray
I could listen to the water rush by
    Through a cool mountain stream
I could close my eyes and smile
    And live my favorite dream
The world would know no hunger
    No children left to cry
    Families would stay together
    And no one ever died.
    Daddies would always be superman
    All throughout our lives
    Love would know no boundaries
And race would be a lie.

If the world could lie in a meadow
    For an hour at least
Let the sun light warm us
    And maybe know some peace.
