Chaos screams,
Chaos dreams.
Wrapping 'round your heart,
Those enchanted chains,
Making souls weep in regrettable pains.

Add some anger combine
The confusion, they intertwine.
Hateful demons shall create,
Lost in lonely thoughts, the mind incinerates.

Below the abyss, souls rend.
Further than death may tend.
Magic runes I make,
Long forgotten is my sake.

Forever is my life, breaking molds.
Watching with sorrow, fate unfolds.

I like the contrast of chaos and "breaking molds" against your ABAB rhyme scheme. I'd like to hope that juxtaposition was intentional, but after the constant cliches that added little to no value to the poem, I'm forced to think that it was a complete accident. Anywho, good luck with your pain and all that depression jazz. Have fun with your... er... spells.
