• "A cute little family, with a cute little home,
A cute little yard, with it's cute little gnome.
Perhaps the perfect family, but 'perfect' is not real,
this lie has cause much pain, the wounds will never heal.
The father's off to work, he waves his last goodbye,
the mother knows it all, but she's the master of the lie.
Little Jimmy's still in bed, but will not ever wake,
he took a walk with mother, last night down by the lake.
His mother had a plan that wouldn't cause him pain,
but to get away with murder, she didn't want a stain.
The walk at first seemed harmless, a mother with her child,
the story soon turned sour, the mother soon turned wild.
She threw him in the lake, he new not how to swim,
he struggled for a moment, but soon his world went dim.
His eyes locked on his mother, he asked a silent 'why?',
his mother stared right back, but dared not to reply.
The deed was done, her son was dead,
she took him home, back to his bed.
She went to sleep, not full of sorrow,
the plan would continue late tomorrow.

Off to work the father went, back home never return,
his wife had struck again, too late he would then learn.
Accidents happen, some people do say,
this was no accident that happened this day.
Sirens soon filled the air, the car was now a-flame,
the man burnt to a crisp, no one knew whom to blame.
The woman got away, snuck off into the night,
no one quite knew the reason for why she's filled with spite.
Perhaps she is yet out there, waiting again to kill,
even though she killed her family, she never got her fill."

The story teller paused to look around the fire,
the faces all around her looked indeed very dire.
She smiled sweetly at them, they all looked quite uneasy,
the majority looked pale, like they were very queasy.
"Thought it's just a story, it is very true,
and now it starts again, but this time starts with you."
The woman stood straight up, taking out a silver blade,
the children screamed forever, but none came to their aid.
