But I don’t always think of you
Or how fun and wonderful,
Life would be,
If just you and me,
Or how I am fond of you as you to me,
Nor do I always think of how gracefully,
Life would be,
If just you and me.
The bats will sing like the birds,
and the birds will hang upside-down.
The bears will dance all the time,
And oh the evening sky.
With hand in hand,
And eye to eye,
Feels like a dream I’ve had.
How I’ve been longing for this wish
But now I could simply die.
Like I said I don’t always think of you ever so close to me.
Need not to tell you but I have my own life to be.

Description:
In this poem, I put myself in the shoes of a girl who is asked by her crush if she likes him, and at first she lies saying that she does but then without noticing, she ends up having daydreams of him and her together and realizes that he's still there.
