Hey guys this poem means alot 2 me, it's saying that you shouldn't wake up every single morning regreting who you love, you should love the people who are nice to you, not the ones that show you neglect. You have to believe you are with a specific person for a reason. And when you date someone you love let youself be free, and when you brake up let it change your life, cry, show you emotions (you don't have to hide it in).
