• Once in a while, you may have a time when you want to well, hit someone or somthing.

    A few people may have bad things happen in their lives, and feel hurt or sad, You may feel like your a bomb.

    This is all from an experience that I have had before.

    When you feel angry, you tend to blame other people, say your best friend walks away from you and talks to someone you don't like, you blame the person you don't like. Whenever I feel angry, I count to ten, then If it doesn't work start again, I wait until I can write it in a diary or just find words you think are funny. Tell jokes to yourself, make up an imaginary friend, and talk to him/her. Think of your favorite books and songs. Don't get angry and scream and cry. It doesn't do anything but get you in trouble. You can be angry or crushed on the inside.

    Whenever someone insults you, just think to yourself 'Is it really worth all the trouble?' Just say
    "Thanks" or "Well, I think you shouldn't say that to people." Don't say anything mean, Thats what they want, a reation. Even If it DID hurt your feelings don't let it get to you. You don't want her/him to win the war do you? I don't think so wink Just don't explode over the little things.
    When I was about 10 or 11, I threw ENORMOUS fits over nothing. I even tried to run away because my mother told me to clean my room!
    What I understand now is that nobody wants a friend that is, well, face it, a BRAT. Now I have quite a few friends, a boyfriend and I'm HAPPY. I can control my anger and have less temper fits.
