• I wasn't feeling well all morning and my mom made me go to school. I was a freshman at Plainedge High School and my stomach was killing me. I was wearing my favorite outfit because that usually makes me feel better and boosts my confidence. On my way to math class this other math teacher that is kind of weird was following me closely. I knew of her but we've only talked like once before but she knew my sister who had her the year before. She wrote me a pass to the nurse's office in her class and had a student that I knew come into my room and made me go downstairs but I didn't know why I was needed there. So I'm thinking about it when I felt something wet and realized I had gotten my period without realizing it. Talk about embarassing. I quickly put on my baggy sweatshirt so that nobody could see and ran down the steps to the nurses' office. I had gotten my period for years but I was so focused on not feelng god that I didn't realize it was my time of month. To top it off I needed new clothes and my mom was working so I had to call my grandpa to come bring me an outfit to change into and since I didn't have texting I had to loudly explain the situation multiple times so that he could understand. It gets worse though because I'm waiting in the lobby and he blasts throught the doors and without noticing that there was other people around that I didn't need to worry because he got me my jeans and asked if I wanted him to take it to the cleaners to get out the blood stain. He's so old that he has no volume control and blabbed that in front of the cutest guy in my grade. I just about died. Once I got back to math class all the girls were like, "Did you do something to your outfit? It looked different before?" and I was like, "Ummm....no.". It was the worst day of my life.
