Superboy's Smallville Storyline: <br />
Watchtower discovered a secret government group called CADMUS and Chloe hacked into their system to get more information on them. It is then that she discovered that CADMUS had somehow accquired Clark's blood (somehow already knowing he's an alien...never really got into how they found out or how they got his blood. I'm sure that would be discovered later on in the storyline as it progresses) and fused it with someone else's blood (Lex's) to create a clone. A clone Kryptonian (aka Conner) to use as a super soldier for the government for black ops to be used for assassinations and black opps things that the Government would need a super soldier for to do their dirty work. <br />

Clark would have been busy with whatever at the time, probably some super baddie that randomly popped up, and Green arrow and the other Justice Leaugers were already preengaged with other Watchtower missions...So, Chloe went after CADMUS herself to destroy any files they had on Clark and to get rid of all of Clarks DNA they had. She knew that they were going to make a clone, but had no idea they had already succeeded. Upon arriving at CADMUS labs she discovered that they had indeed successfully created a clone. She wrestled with the idea of pulling the plug on it to kill it, or not, but once she saw the boy's eyes open she realized he was already fully functional and concious. She was unable to just kill him. <br />

Chloe then drained the stasis tube the clone was inside of and let the clone-boy out. She wrapped trench coat around him, since the boy was nude, and left him there on the floor only half concious to do what she had come there for. To destroy any and all evidence of Clark Kent and his DNA. After doing so, an alarm had sounded...since the files were booby trapped...and within seconds she was surrounded by soldiers. Before they could capture Chloe, the clone by had seemed to have woken completely and began to show his power. He had taken down twenty three of twenty five soldiers, disarming them with his tactile telekinisis, and basically saved Chloe. The other two he didn't get to were taken out by Chloe herself. <br />

When the battle was finished the Clone collapsed back to an unconcious state and Chloe was forced to drag the clone out of the building and to her car...taking the clone back to Watchtower so that she could figure out what to do with him. <br />
<br />
And the Adventure begins!<br />
