    Gurenna Fujiyama is the captain of the newly created division 14. Before being in this division, she bounced from division to division (including division 4, 11, 12 and 6) with nothing interesting her. She was given the opportunity to be the captain of an experimental new division, division 14, and was allowed to self-pick her members.<br />
    <br />
    Her current vice captain is Roland, a man whom she'd saved from hollows. He thinks the world of her and is extremely loyal to her because of this, however she thinks her actions were nothing worthy of praise. Her former vice-captain, Joe, was a man she met while in the academy. He was the first to show her compassion and the first (and at the time, only) person she could consider a friend. After his death, she felt responsible and now acts in a state of callousness and arrogance.<br />

    The 14th division has become a "division of dragons", with the majority of its members having dragon-based zanpakutou. It's because of this, and her zanpakutou, that her captain's haori features a dragon wrapped around it, a first of its kind.<br />

    <br />
    Her zanpakutou is Jo'oryu (Queen Dragon). It's a poison-based zanpakutou, being able to fill the entire battlefield with poison when first summoned. When she unleashes her BanKai, she is able to summon an entire dragon family, which includes a dragon (Koji - 'orphan') which is able to fire off cero-like blasts at the enemy.
