Dear Diary,
Daddy's drunk again..and I'm terrified. Remember last time when he almost broke my arm for dragging me in the stockroom then chained me for crying endlessly? What he did today was much worse. He slapped me while saying that mommy left because of me. I closed my eyes and tried my hardest not to cry. Daddy then pointed this sharp thing on my neck, luckily I escaped. Here I am hiding and -- I'm hearing footsteps. I hope daddy doesn't find me. I'll write again soon..

- very well done. it's a very good avatar away from the story. the only sign that it's about an abusive father is the sap mark and the name.
