For me its definitely too cluttered. But the colors do kind of come together, even though there are soo many. Its not quite my taste, but I'd give it a 3/5 and it could move up if the color scheme and clutter was worked out. - Huh... on first glance, I thought this was pretty, but cluttered. But the more I look at it, the more efforts to balance it out I see. It's still a little unbalanced, but it's a lot of fun to look at. ^_^

- Overall I really like this. I think that the bird is a unnecessary.You may want to add a bit of blue near her face and chest area to balance better but still a very interesting avatar to look at.
