Sailor Frozen Plumage in Latin hails from the eternally dark side of the moon. Her kingdom is a dimly lit winter wonderland where dressing warm is recommended. Due to this, her and her people look very much like snow and ice themselves. Her attacks are Feather Shards and Ice Siren. She also wields a dagger for close combat.
