Alright, so this is my OC State Alchemist, Meghan.
Meghan was born in Central. She had an older brother before he died in combat, and he, too, was a State Alchemist. The scar on her face was when she had gotten into a fight. She took the State Alchemist exam and passed. Amoungst the other State Alchemists, she is known as the Elemental Alchemist because she can manipulate the powers of fire, water, earth, and air.
