Individual arrived with human bite wounds to the arm and head. She quickly succumbed to a rapid infection that manifested with flu-like symptoms.
Thirty minutes after the declaration of death, the individual reanimated and stumbled through the hospital, resisting lethal attempts to deter her-- security officer shot her, she continued moving, tore off his arm...
Individual seems to enjoy human flesh.
Recommendation: Condemn and burn the hospital and all reanimated inside. No survivors. - Date: 03/21/2010
