Description:
Pirates know to be careful around a particular port off the isle of St. Paul. Storms there have been known to swallow ships in a single wave or rip ships asunder with a lightning bolt. The Storm Witch makes sure of that. Some say that she is the spirit of woman who was scorned by a pirate. Still others claim she is a forgotten deity of the sea, angry for the fact her followers abandoned her. Whatever the case, she causes dread in her wake.
