In Japan, the Koi is the symbol of love and friendship. After a freak accident involving a truckload of koi and a rickshaw, an entire city block was showered in "love and friendship".
Fortunately this little avi had her parasol with her, but most at the scene agreed there was just something "fishy" about the whole thing.
