A Magical Tootin' Tino Wizard of the Seas, Tooty, possessed the power of a mythical Crystal Ball that said that it can cure any illness. With his pet Cat companion, Keeks Jr., suddenly sensed that his master's Magic Ball is sparking like a Diamond Ring (it's like a total solar eclipse but this was is a crystal ball.).
