Description:
The young warrior looked around, exhausted and bleeding. Her fellow warriors were all dead, slain by an inhuman enemy. Her best friend lay at her feet in the marsh. This was not how it was supposed to be.
Fighting back a sob, the warrior called upon the very forces she was fighting against. Her friend rose, covered in strange markings, from her deathly sleep. As the warrior lost her grip on life in exchange for her friend’s resurrection, she whispered, “Fight. Fight for us all.”
