In the dark, Twilight Zone of the sea, a group of humanoids lurk around in the sandy caves.
They pick up objects dropped by Sailors and Fishermen.
They are a variation of Merfolk
With horrible hearing, the people use their eye-sight to catch crustaceans and mollusks with nets and harpoons.
Go down to the lairs of the nomadic species, and you will be ignored as no threat.
