- Description: In this police-state nation, all common-citizens are expected to obey every part of the law at all times, with NO EXCEPTIONS. Failure to do so is grounds for termination; or in some special cases, being kidnapped in the middle of the night, and never seen again. This trooper may be low in the ranks, but to any civilian, even his lowly rank is highly respected/feared. He has many duties, and is expected to obey all orders unquestionably, to perfection. If not, he will be terminated and replaced.
