Champion Cynthia (JP: Shirona) is the head of the Sinnoh Pokemon League.
You meet her throughout the game as a mysterious trainer asking for your help in a variety of different situations. One of these requests is to give medicine (Secretpotion) to Psyducks blocking the path to another route. She also will ask you to deliver something to her grandmother.
