Legato Bluesummers loves death, and devotes his life to making Vash the Stampede experience eternal pain and suffering. He also wears a white coat (similar to Vash's), making him synonymous with white, the Japanese color of death.

to you and all cosplayers... post a link to a
reference pic. not everyone watches the shows you
like. i for one, have seen the show and hate it,
but even still, i haven't a blue who that
character is. 5/10 because a longer white coat
