OH NO ITS ANOTHER DARK AVI!
I tried being a little more creative with this one, especially when it came to layering the items right. The combination of the Mythic Hair, Shadow Spirit, and the Dark Halo all make it appear that I am wearing a hood, even though I'm not. And who would have figured that stuff like the Mythic Hair and White Drone Egg would actually look good on an avi like this? This is just an example of what you can do with the items laying around in your inventory. - Date: 02/15/2009

- this avatat is awesome. not saying it because purple's my fav colour. it's elaborate but has balance and doesn't look cluttered~

Fair enough. I'm using what is probably the cheapest jacket in the game, there are probably better-matching cloaks around, and I don't necessarily need floating eyes.
But, to support my own post (like all entries need to), whoever said that a shadow was monotoned? Ever heard of a shadow within a shadow? I can always nix the crow, but in the Arena resolution, the crow doesn't even seem that red. It looked to me like - Report As Spam

- The purples don't match, the cloak has a bit of blue in it, the crow has a bit of red in it and the blacks are all different shades. I also do not like the arms used.

- It didn't seem to cost a whole lot to make... I've never had above 60k my entire 4 years on here. I'd imagine now that the Dark Halo would be the hardest thing to get. The general outfit was dirt cheap, but to get that "hooded" effect that I have, you'll need Mythic Hair and a Shadow Spirit, which I believe are rather cheap when compared to other donation items of the time.
